Claiming Land
TL;DR – Stand where you want your base, run /lands create <land>
, then /lands claim
. Add friends with /trust
, and manage roles using /lands setrole <player> * <role>
.
🚀 Quick-Start (First Claim)
/lands create <name>
– create your land/lands claim
– claim the chunk you’re standing in/lands
– open the land menu (flags, roles, bank, spawn & more)
Already in a land? Just use /lands claim
to add chunks to the land you’re editing.
Add friends using /trust <player>
(remove with /untrust <player>
).
Change their permissions using /lands setrole <player> * <role>
.
Set spawn with /lands setspawn
and teleport using /lands spawn
.

📍 Single-Chunk Options
/lands claim
– claim the chunk under your feet/lands claim radius <r>
– claim in a radius (1–12)/lands claim auto
– auto-claim while walking
🔲 Selection Mode (Irregular Shapes)
/lands selection
– enter selection mode- Left-click = first corner, right-click = second corner
- (Optional)
/lands selection expand
– expand from bedrock to sky /lands claim
– claim everything inside
🏘️ Sub-Areas / Plots
/lands selection
– make a box/lands assign <areaName>
– turn the box into a sub-area
Manage areas in/lands
→ Areas.
🧹 Unclaiming & Deleting
/lands unclaim
– unclaim current chunk/lands unclaim radius <r>
– unclaim a radius/lands unclaim auto
– unclaim while walking/lands unclaim all
– unclaim all chunks in the land/lands delete <land>
– delete the whole land

– focus commands on a specific land/lands player <you>

- Make area rentable:

📑 Sign Syntax Reference
- Rent sign:
[rent] [area] <interval> <max> <cost>
- Sell sign:
[sell] [area] <cost>

= price per interval.
If the sign is outside the area, include [area]
so Lands knows which plot you mean.
