Claiming Land

TL;DR – Stand where you want your base, run /lands create <land>, then /lands claim. Add friends with /trust, and manage roles using /lands setrole <player> * <role>.

🚀 Quick-Start (First Claim)​

  • /lands create <name> – create your land
  • /lands claim – claim the chunk you’re standing in
  • /lands – open the land menu (flags, roles, bank, spawn & more)

Already in a land? Just use /lands claim to add chunks to the land you’re editing.
Add friends using /trust <player> (remove with /untrust <player>).
Change their permissions using /lands setrole <player> * <role>.
Set spawn with /lands setspawn and teleport using /lands spawn.

Only in the main world

Claims are only available in the main world, as the End and Nether are not featured on the online map. You can choose to play in the main world with claims and the online map, or in the End/Nether without claims and visibility on the online map.

🗺️ Claiming More Chunks​

📍 Single-Chunk Options​

  • /lands claim – claim the chunk under your feet
  • /lands claim radius <r> – claim in a radius (1–12)
  • /lands claim auto – auto-claim while walking

🔲 Selection Mode (Irregular Shapes)​

  1. /lands selection – enter selection mode
  2. Left-click = first corner, right-click = second corner
  3. (Optional) /lands selection expand – expand from bedrock to sky
  4. /lands claim – claim everything inside

🏘️ Sub-Areas / Plots​

  • /lands selection – make a box
  • /lands assign <areaName> – turn the box into a sub-area
    Manage areas in /lands → Areas.

🧹 Unclaiming & Deleting​

  • /lands unclaim – unclaim current chunk
  • /lands unclaim radius <r> – unclaim a radius
  • /lands unclaim auto – unclaim while walking
  • /lands unclaim all – unclaim all chunks in the land
  • /lands delete <land> – delete the whole land

🧭 Multi-Land Workflow​

  • /lands edit <land> – focus commands on a specific land
  • /lands player <you> – list your lands and limits
  • /lands map or /lands map chat – view chunk map
  • /lands merge <land> – merge another land into the focused one

🏘️ Rent & Sell Plots​

  • Make area rentable: /lands menu here → “Setup Rental”
  • Browse rentals: /lands rent list
  • Tenant cancels: /lands rent cancel
  • Remove rental / tenant: /lands rent remove / remove tenant
📑 Sign Syntax Reference
  • Rent sign: [rent] [area] <interval> <max> <cost>
  • Sell sign: [sell] [area] <cost>

<interval> = 15d, 6h, 30m • <max> = rental cap • <cost> = price per interval.
If the sign is outside the area, include [area] so Lands knows which plot you mean.
