📜 Core Values

• Be kind and respectful in every chat, voice, sign, and build
• No hate speech, discrimination, threats, or personal info leaks
• Play fair: no lag hacks, crashers, or bug abuse
• Report glitches instead of exploiting them (/discord → #📩・ticket)

💬 Chat & Discord

• No spam, excessive caps, or loud mic
• Swearing is fine unless it bypasses the filter or targets someone
• Keep ads to HeartSMP content only (no outside servers or links)
• Use the right channel: off-topic chat goes in #💬・main not #🏰・clans
• Ping only after hours of no response and avoid mass-pinging staff

⚔️ Gameplay & PvP

• Invite people on your own risks, if someone sabotages builds they may be punished, but restores are not guaranteed
• Up to 3 accounts per IP (open a ticket if siblings share an address)

💲 Trading

• In-game items may not be traded for real money or other-server goods

Punishments escalate automatically if the same rule is broken again within 30 days.
Evidence of every mute, kick, or ban is logged
